Dora is best known for her days at the Blue Bonnet restaurant having opened the kitchen back in 1979. Dora & family then ventured out to open Los Pinos Mexican Restaurant (26 years) in Thornton and then Dora’s Mexican Restaurant & Lounge in Denver/Aurora (19 years) which is now home.
Dora’s is best known for their Signature Chimichanga’s so next time stop in and enjoy a signature Chimichanga or gather a group of friends & come in for Happy Hour Monday-Thursday - 11am-5pm for half price margaritas.
